 Good morning Readers!  Since we are on the subject of clutter (or getting rid of clutter) I thought I would insert some personal tips I have been doing. I am beyond guilty of over stuffing my house. I have SO MUCH stuff! I have collected a lot of stuff over the years and part of that is because I would consider myself to be sentimental. A lot of the things I have hold value to me. Not in a fiscal way but a memory way. As we get older I think we tend to hold onto our stuff a little more. I like to think that I am the type of person who would not care if their house burned down tomorrow as long as I have my pictures. But as I keep looking back, I really don't think I am. Obviously, I would have to adapt to my new situation but I would really, and I mean REALLY miss my things. I have a wide variety of stuff, like most of us do.   Good morning readers! I was at a listing yesterday and was asked "what do I need to do to improve my curb appeal". This is a question I get frequently. Especially in the fall & winter months. Most of our clients are not sure what to do when it comes to preparing the outside of their homes. The cheapest as far as cost goes is clean. You want your outside to reflect the inside of your home.
